All kidding aside. Time for some hardball. Can you get the police or consulate to show up at her door and lean on this witch?

Well, we'd like to play hard ball, but we're playing in a new ball park. For example, the refs (cops) here are corrupt. They go to the highest bidder. The consulate? Hm. Well, that is in Kyiv. I do wonder if our team sponsor (Fulbright) would help... perhaps. We'll look into it. Thanks for the idea. We do know for sure that the league (gov't) is corrupt and isn't concerned with individual teams.
